BOARDS are a great way to
remember guest good wishes on a marbleized mat around one of our lifestyle or
engagement images! We install it in a “loaner” frame and display it on an
easel. A 16x20 mat with a sprayed 8x10 is only $89, and a 20x20 is
only $99! YOUR
BRIDAL PORTRAIT will be
the hit of your reception! It also gives you an opportunity to own a GARY
W. SWEETMAN portrait at a fraction of the usual price. Included are: a
classic, studio sitting (in home or environmental sitting available with an
additional fee), and full length and close-ups. These custom portraits are
complete with print enhancement and are bonded to tempered hardboard, coated
with several coats of lacquer, and ready to frame. We display the portrait in
a museum frame at the reception topped with a gallery light. Rush
charges may apply to sessions less than 30 days prior to the wedding.

starting with your complementary engagement portrait, which include two black
and white announcement prints! Lighting, travel, and photographer’s time, your
hardbound proof book, and your proof CD are all included! We also color correct
the prints, with no extra charge for black and white, sepia, or blue

COVERAGE Social
events that may require split coverage like engagement parties, showers, rehearsal dinners,
spa days or post-wedding brunch may be photographed if scheduling permits for an additional $389
for up to two hours. The size of your plan should increase to accommodate the
extra photographs. Out of town or country weddings are not a problem!
Photojournalistic coverage is available from a sampling of black
& white to a dedicated additional photographer capturing those candid
moments and little details. Price depends upon coverage requested. ABOUT

A $500 retainer is necessary to insure availability. 2. 50% of your
invoicing is due prior to the function. 3. Your original balance is due
